A talented and energetic Senior L&D Specialist is needed for our Client who is a well-known player of FMCG sector. HQ is located in Budapest.

 Responsibilities

  • Support HR director in strategic planning regarding other people processing
  • Coordinating the people cycle – goal management and performance management processes including being the local system admin (requires an in-depth knowledge of the system and testing for system improvements, new releases)
  • Locally responsible for the coordination of the yearly global Pulse/Engagement survey

Manage corporate L&D activities:

  • Prepare and execute the yearly training plan in line with IDPs and based on assessment of organisational needs with close cooperation with HRBPs
  • Co-ordinate and organize training programmes: language, orientation, skills and professional development, regional programs (e.g., leadership), mandatory courses in integrated supply chain, functional programmes etc., ensure proper venues
  • Manage the local training policy with close cooperation with HRBPs, handling of study contracts
  • Owner of the training budget (BU, PF), planning, monitoring, reports
  • Tendering of external service providers, ensure high quality service, contracting and measure effectiveness with close cooperation with HRBPs
  • Main contact for regional L&D, translating regional activities into local ones and also participating is region-wide activities as needed
  • Support HRD and HR BPs in L&D, OD (e.g., wellbeing, DE&I, company culture, etc.) and talent related activities (preparation, co-ordination, administration)
  • Support ad-hoc corporate programmes & HR projects (team building, H&S programs, etc.)
  • Managing the LMS system (learning management) including e-learning preparation with external vendor, reporting (local and regional) and training administration
  • Acting as local system admin for talent management processes – IDP management, talent & succession processes

Job requirements

  • Relevant University or College degree (HR or Organizational development)
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning and Development (organizing, designing and implementing training programs and development processes)
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • Experience of working in a matrix environment, preferably in FMCG or close cooperation with Commercial areas in any sector
  • Good communicator – you can get on well with team mates/stakeholders through collaboration, understanding the intentions and goals of others, not afraid to present your own opinion
  • Self-initiator – you do not wait for instructions to come up with new ideas
  • Problem solving ability – you go deep to unravel all aspects of the problem
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS, PMGM, Talent&Succession modules can be an advantage
