Job Purpose:

We are looking for a talented and highly organized Online Sales Manager, who will be responsible for effective relationships with brands, media-, and digital agencies. Someone, who can provide Business Development services and ensure effective campaign management at the same time.

Key Responsibilities for the 1st month:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
  • Connect and set up recurring alignment meetings with the broader teams
  • Track and keep up-to-date with social media trends
  • Support on campaign pitches and campaign execution
  • Assist in arranging as many meetings as possible with key decision makers within media/digital and creative agencies

Key challenges for the first 3 months:

  • Maintaining relationships with current clients
  • Delivering exceptional service in client and campaign management
  • Implementing strategies for winning and growing our business with major clients
  • Working on meaningful and compelling content to drive consumer engagement
  • Achieving individual and team targets
  • Close new deals with new customers
  • Develop reports for Company Management to present monthly the portfolio status and sales performance
  • Evaluate and enhance current trade shows, conventions, and other online industry events to develop new opportunities.
  • Monitor payments and follow-up the payment of the invoices with the clients; work with Accounting to monitor payment performance

We are looking for an Online Sales Manager who has:

  • 3 years of Business Development and Client Management or Sales experience in a media or digital agency
  • A solid understanding of market KPIs and budgets in the media industry and new business development
  • Proven track record of effective client service and account management
  • A good network in the media and advertising industry
  • The ability to nourish fruitful relationships and build trust by delivering consistent exceptional services
  • Delivering advertising campaigns experience
  • Hustler “can achieve anything attitude” and experience in closing business deals
  • Strong understanding and experience with programmatic advertising
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • English at a very good level
