We are seeking a determined and enthusiastic Managing Director who has all strengths and capabilities to restructure and establish our Partner’s business in Adriatic region.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Manage and develop the local operations based on instructions of central management team
  • Identify existing key dealer partners and develop plans to improve their performance
  • Identify new dealer partners to establish a competitive dealer network
  • Accomplish operations and organization missions by completing related results
  • Sharp focus on sustainable profit growth
  • Improvement and development of corporate structures and processes
  • Responsible for business stability and quality improvement
  • Responsible for all sales topics – people, process, product
  • Develop Sales Channels
  • Close cooperation with HQ’s departments involved


  • University degree
  • 5-8 years leadership experience in sales, finance, marketing or distribution area
  • Any automotive sales, marketing and service experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently based on inner motivation
  • Exceptional people and relationship management skills
  • High level of loyalty, transparency and sincerity
  • Competitive mindset
  • Structured, objective-driven performance management
  • Great motivational skills
  • Knowledge of financial products: car and dealer financing (credit, dealer financing)
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent Hungarian and good command of English is a must and knowledge of any other language spoken in Adriatic region is an advantage
