Job description:

  • Develop the recruitment strategy
  • Support internal clients in searching talents
  • Cooperate with recruitment suppliers and ensure external talent resource
  • Pre-screening the candidates and active participation in interviews
  • Manage pipeline of the internal candidates through the hiring process, including the all administration
  • Ensure on-boarding of external candidates
  • Provide HR expertise for managers
  • Arrange internal training courses
  • Assist employees to familiarize with HR Tools and HR Processes
  • Assist the development of HR-related policies
  • Ensure appropriate vendor management and support tender activities
  • Keep personnel files updated; store and archive HR files in accordance with statutory and company requirements
  • Participation in annual audit processes
  • Prepare the periodical HR reports connecting to recruitment and vendor management
  • Develop the employee related internal communication regarding the recruitment and on-boarding activities



  • University or Collage Degree in Human Resources/Social Sciences/Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years working experience – experiences gained in Recruiter or HR Generalist positions
  • Have solid functional experience gained in recruitment area at multinational business environment is considered as advantage
  • Business Level English language oral and written communication – fluency essential
  • Identify customer needs; provide solution to customer demands
  • Complete broad range of tasks with minimal supervision
  • Take a structured approach to manage own work
  • Evaluate continuously processes for improvement opportunities
  • Gained experiences in developing policies
  • Strong time management skills
  • Attention to details
  • Continuous learning mindset
  • PC Skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
