Position description, tasks:

• Preparation and coordination of annual contractual agreement with logistic partner.
• Support field teams in logistics related questions
• Being the first point of contact between the company and logistics partner
• Coordination of new brand or market introduction, defining necessary services, negotiating process flow and taking active participation in process implementation with the logistics partner and other departments
• Managing homologation and derogation process with external partners
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks related to logistics and homologation

Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Logistics
• Professional experience is not a must have
• Have strong communication skills in Hungarian and English
• Advanced Excel skills – fluency in pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Able to prioritize and manage workload
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a driving license category ’B’ 
• The duties are performed within an A-category office situated in Budapest’s District XII.
