You are able to quickly feel people and to recognize their full potential. Are sharp, smart, creative, and you enjoy your job.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks:<\/strong><br \/>\nResponsible for the implementation of the HR strategy of Businesses<br \/>\nOversee the implementation of the HR policies and processes<br \/>\nManage and optimize the recruitment process and talent sourcing<br \/>\nPrepare and deploy the development and training plan<br \/>\nEnsure the &#8216;talent management way&#8217; and &#8216;performance management way&#8217; works properly<br \/>\nWork in close cooperation with the Owners, Directors and the business leaders<\/p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate:<\/strong><br \/>\nHas a higher degree, HR is a plus<br \/>\nHas a minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in HR, knows how good HR looks like, service \/ agency experience is an advantage<br \/>\nHas knowledge and experience in all HR functions, covering recruitment, training and development, talent- and performance management<br \/>\nIs at negotiation level of English and has high level MS office skills<br \/>\nHas hands-on attitude<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in the above position, please send us your CV in English with the reference number to office@telkes.hu<br \/>\nThank you!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Hungarian client in Media &amp; Publishing sector is looking for a\u00a0Senior HR Business Partner\u00a0to its Budapest headquarter to guide and develop a team of 100+ employees.
