{"id":1353,"date":"2018-09-13T13:56:43","date_gmt":"2018-09-13T13:56:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.telkes.hu\/en\/?p=1353"},"modified":"2020-08-19T19:37:40","modified_gmt":"2020-08-19T19:37:40","slug":"sales-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.telkes.hu\/en\/sales-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Sales manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For our international partner operating in eDM we are looking for a sales manager with online sales experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ref: SM_0913<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To achieve sales targets and maximise revenue from third party companies campaigns using all sales channels: DM, email, mobile, print, inserts<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a portfolio of agencies and clients to maximise the net revenues from the B2B sales channels (DM, eDM, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Achieve set sales targets across the portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Extend existing relationships and build new ones with key agencies and direct clients at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Bring in new clients<\/li>\n<li>Develop new revenue streams and integrated business opportunities to complement the existing business. Follows the implementation together with other departments involved, such as: Marketing and Promo, Lists, Operations, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Develop new and creative projects for clients to maximize the revenue<\/li>\n<li>Work with Promo Department to offer copywriting assistance for clients<\/li>\n<li>Achieve high standards of sales skills, call levels, presentation quality, time management and market knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Develop reports for the Business Director to present weekly the sales performance<\/li>\n<li>Monitor payments and follow-up the payment of the invoices with the clients; work with Accounting to monitor payment performance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and build the company profile externally and the advertising department both internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Manage specific projects if required<\/li>\n<li>Search for databases and acquire databases according to required customer profile for third party campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Work with Digital Product Management to ensure accurate reports are sent in time to clients<\/li>\n<li>Manage the work of the junior sales manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Specification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least <strong>3 years of experience<\/strong> in Sales online<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of the online advertising industry<\/li>\n<li>Contacts at agencies and websites\/previous work within an agency \/ website are an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Very good sales presentation and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Results focused, follows through to get the sale done<\/li>\n<li>Customer focus, establish long term business relationships and always keep promises to customers<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter and entrepreneurial<\/li>\n<li>Good team skills<\/li>\n<li>Eager to learn new things and adapt to customer needs; fast learner<\/li>\n<li>Driving licence \u201cB\u201d<\/li>\n<li>English at a very good level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Dimensions and Success Factors:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achievement of sales targets within agreed volume and yield parameters<\/li>\n<li>Number of new clients<\/li>\n<li>Payment performance for the clients portfolio<\/li>\n<li>High presence and awareness of the product and individual within the industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Should you be interested in the above position, please send us your English &amp; Hungarian CV \u00a0to the following address:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:office@telkes.hu\">office@telkes.hu<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For our international partner operating in eDM we are looking for a sales manager with online sales experience.
