{"id":1344,"date":"2018-05-03T09:09:59","date_gmt":"2018-05-03T09:09:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.telkes.hu\/en\/?p=1344"},"modified":"2018-09-13T13:54:54","modified_gmt":"2018-09-13T13:54:54","slug":"chief-reporting-officer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.telkes.hu\/en\/chief-reporting-officer\/","title":{"rendered":"Chief Reporting Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a Chief Reporting Officer for our international client, who is one of the most prominent suppliers within the auto repair segment in Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ref.: REPOF_0502<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial controlling of the company\u2019s Reporting Package in accordance with the accounting principles, Swiss GAAP FER and economical aspects<\/li>\n<li>Development and maintenance of the company\u2019s internal transfer prices documentation<\/li>\n<li>Controlling of customs duties and IC transactions within the company<\/li>\n<li>Project management or management support for cost optimization projects or optimization of processes<\/li>\n<li>Identification of major risks of internal process within the company<\/li>\n<li>Controlling of related party transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Scope of job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Audit of major monthly individual financial statements of the company in accordance with the accounting principles\/ Swiss GAAP FER and business aspects<\/li>\n<li>Set-up, maintenance and controlling of transfer price documentation (process and sample control)<\/li>\n<li>Controlling of VAT and customs (process and sample control)<\/li>\n<li>Support of management for preparation of analysis, estimate and business plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support and participation to M&amp;A projects, especially by due diligence and integration of new business units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work profile \/ experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Auditor within a big 4 audit company or similar<\/li>\n<li>Internal auditor of a medium or large group company<\/li>\n<li>Financial audit or tax auditor experience<\/li>\n<li>High willingness to travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Languages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hungarian plus English or German, Romanian is an advantage<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in the position above, please send your application in English with the reference number to:\u00a0<strong>office@telkes.hu<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a Chief Reporting Officer for our international client, who is one of the most prominent suppliers within the auto repair segment in Europe.
