S\/he will report directly to the CEO.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Strategic development and reviews for METU Group<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the work to develop and review corporate strategy<\/li>\n<li>Be involved in communication of and alignment to strategy in the organization<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and support the implementation of strategy<\/li>\n<li>Support management in developing and reviewing functional strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Business Development<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify new growth opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Develop business cases for new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Research trends, market development and competitor insights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>M&amp;A<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential acquisition targets in cooperation with the university owners<\/li>\n<li>Support M&amp;A activities from a strategic fit point of view, including commercial due diligence<\/li>\n<li>Lead integration process of new acquisitions to extract incremental value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial acumen<\/li>\n<li>Excellent strategic thinker<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial<\/li>\n<li>Innovative<\/li>\n<li>Highly developed people skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 professional experience in consulting, project management or finance<\/li>\n<li>College\/university degree<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in the above position, please send your application in English to: <strong>office@telkes.hu<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The largest private equity-backed university in Hungary is looking for an experienced project manager \/ strategy associate to lead its local and regional strategic initiatives.
