{"id":1204,"date":"2017-02-15T09:34:20","date_gmt":"2017-02-15T09:34:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.telkes.hu\/en\/?p=1204"},"modified":"2017-07-20T10:52:45","modified_gmt":"2017-07-20T10:52:45","slug":"managing-director","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.telkes.hu\/en\/managing-director\/","title":{"rendered":"Managing Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For our multinational client operating in media industry we are looking for an experienced professional for the below position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ref: MD_0207<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Areas of work:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consulting and educating key advertisers about our client\u2019s product portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Stipulating annual contract with key clients, advertising agencies and media buyers<\/li>\n<li>Organization of sales team and supervision on three levels (advertising agency, direct key clients and SME\u2019s)<\/li>\n<li>Developing the market through organizing workshops, seminars, writing PR articles, establishing strong corporate identity, presence on public events and in media<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for achieving annual targets (financial, organizational, marketing)<\/li>\n<li>Launching new projects (services, products)<\/li>\n<li>Preparing Sales and Financial reports and plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Education:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University education in business administration, economics or similar social sciences<\/li>\n<li>Preferred MBA or master degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Experience:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Sales \/ Management position in online advertising, publishing or interactive services or<\/li>\n<li>At least 5+ years proven direct sales experience in digital media with strong foundation in technology, or in technology sales with strong foundation in digital media or<\/li>\n<li>Management position in a broader advertising industry or\/and<\/li>\n<li>Experience with developing and managing sales teams or\/and<\/li>\n<li>Highly visible executive, entrepreneur or professional within online or mobile industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Specific skills and knowledge:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledgeable about Hungarian media \/ online \/ mobile advertising market<\/li>\n<li>Deeply established relationships with marketing decision makers at companies<\/li>\n<li>Expert and trusted partner with key decision-makers in Hungary.<\/li>\n<li>Highly developed negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Personal characteristics:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Proactive, independent, responsible, professional, entrepreneurial, creative (business), ambitious, systematic, persuasive, charismatic, self-confident but humble.<\/p>\n<p><em>Existing Professional Network:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Has existing strong social and professional ties within Hungarian advertising industry on either agency management or media planning levels or both and strong ties with the local online publishers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in the above position, please send your application in English with the reference number to: <strong>office@telkes.hu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For our multinational client operating in media industry we are looking for an experienced professional for the below position.
