Tasks:
Responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy of Businesses
Oversee the implementation of the HR policies and processes
Manage and optimize the recruitment process and talent sourcing
Prepare and deploy the development and training plan
Ensure the ‘talent management way’ and ‘performance management way’ works properly
Work in close cooperation with the Owners, Directors and the business leaders

The ideal candidate:
Has a higher degree, HR is a plus
Has a minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in HR, knows how good HR looks like, service / agency experience is an advantage
Has knowledge and experience in all HR functions, covering recruitment, training and development, talent- and performance management
Is at negotiation level of English and has high level MS office skills
Has hands-on attitude
