For our international partner operating in eDM we are looking for a sales manager with online sales experience.

Job Purpose:
To achieve sales targets and maximise revenue from third party companies campaigns using all sales channels: DM, email, mobile, print, inserts
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of agencies and clients to maximise the net revenues from the B2B sales channels (DM, eDM, etc).
 - Achieve set sales targets across the portfolio
 - Extend existing relationships and build new ones with key agencies and direct clients at all levels
 - Bring in new clients
 - Develop new revenue streams and integrated business opportunities to complement the existing business. Follows the implementation together with other departments involved, such as: Marketing and Promo, Lists, Operations, etc.
 - Develop new and creative projects for clients to maximize the revenue
 - Work with Promo Department to offer copywriting assistance for clients
 - Achieve high standards of sales skills, call levels, presentation quality, time management and market knowledge
 - Develop reports for the Business Director to present weekly the sales performance
 - Monitor payments and follow-up the payment of the invoices with the clients; work with Accounting to monitor payment performance
 - Maintain and build the company profile externally and the advertising department both internally and externally
 - Manage specific projects if required
 - Search for databases and acquire databases according to required customer profile for third party campaigns
 - Work with Digital Product Management to ensure accurate reports are sent in time to clients
 - Manage the work of the junior sales manager
 
Candidate Specification:
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales online
 - Very good knowledge of the online advertising industry
 - Contacts at agencies and websites/previous work within an agency / website are an advantage
 - Very good sales presentation and negotiation skills
 - Results focused, follows through to get the sale done
 - Customer focus, establish long term business relationships and always keep promises to customers
 - Self-starter and entrepreneurial
 - Good team skills
 - Eager to learn new things and adapt to customer needs; fast learner
 - Driving licence “B”
 - English at a very good level
