We are seeking a motivated Business Dealer Development Manager for our partner who is one of the well-known global automotive importers in Hungary.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to increase overall production within existing accounts
  • Keep continuous contact with internal associates
  • Support the Network Director in various network development related analysis, reports and administration
  • Build and enhance relationships with key dealership personnel
  • Analyze sales leads and customer interactions to enhance business relationships and drive portfolio growth
  • Establish and maintain ongoing communication with dealers
  • Identify and implement process improvement recommendations
  • Maintain industry knowledge surrounding trends and company initiatives
  • Assist & contribute to the evaluation of competitive programs and products and provide management with updated information to develop strategy and negotiation tactics as needed
  • Leverage networking skills to obtain new sales opportunities
  • Navigate projects to completion with multi-department communication and follow up

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or finance
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Sales representative experience of 2-3 years
  • Exemplary interpersonal communication skills as well as strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Have a positive attitude towards work
  • Possess an organized approach to problem-solving
  • Must have a valid driver’s license category ’B’
