Our international partner offers tailored leasing and finance solutions to vendors, dealers, manufacturers and corporate customers. We are looking for a Sustainable Lease Sales Manager_ESG, who will be part of the Hungarian local team in Budapest. The person in this new role helps the company to create sustainable green business mindset and find future-oriented solutions for the planet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter new markets and market segments, working together with domestically and internationally recognized clients
- Build strong client relationships
- Support international vendors and manufacturers to deploy new sustainable business models to the Hungarian market
- Develop financing structures
- Implement or structure new financing models together with vendors and customers
- Coordinate project approval process with various teams
- Participate in projects related to risk management and regulatory compliance
- Represent the company on fairs and conferences
- Share knowledge and develop junior colleagues while coordinating their work
- Explore trending areas such as machine learning and sustainable finance
- Coordinate various sustainable finance projects, including climate stress testing, ESG strategy building for banks and green lending
Your profile:
- Relevant University or College degree (Finance/Business/Law/Engineering)
- Prior banking or asset-based finance experience is required
- Strong interest in green lending, ESG regulation, climate risk measurement and ESG implementation within the financial services industry
- Good IT skills
- Fluent English and Hungarian, German is an advantage
- People management experience is a plus
- High level of responsibility for tasks and taking care of deadlines including maintaining the high quality of work
- Risk sensitivity, proactive problem-solving skills
