Lead, facilitate, coach and guide the application of the Manufacturing way (lean manufacturing) principles and practices throughout the plant. Manage capital investment project to improve plant flexibility, quality and efficiency or to reduce risks. Develop and lead implementation of Asset Management strategy.

Main tasks:
- Lead and facilitate application of the company’s Manufacturing Way to improve performance in cost, quality and productivity
- Lead implementation of World Class Manufacturing principles and practices to ensure sustainable achievement of operational goals
- Implement country/regional Manufacturing Development Strategy
- Entrench WCM principles and work practices through training, coaching and mentoring of company’s personnel (blue and white collars)
- Conduct and moderate global evaluation of manufacturing self-assessments
- Support manufacturing development initiatives and participate in collaboration process of WCM initiatives/projects within the company’s European technical community
- Ensure integrity and effectiveness of the problem solving process
- Train manufacturing personnel in problem solving methodologies
- Lead and facilitate large improvement projects (Task Forces, 6-sigma improvement project, DMAIC)
- Manage related training processes
- Ensure competency based learning process, lead CAP (competency acquisition process)
- Leading/managing capital investment projects
- Manage site maintenance (building, roads, non-production facilities)
Experience, qualification:
- University degree in Engineering
- 2-3 years experience in manufacturing, lean manufacturing and 6-sigma – preferably in FMCG
- Project management experience
- High level of English command (written and spoken)
- Black-belt certificate is an advantage
- Project Manager certification is an advantage
