For our multinational client operating in media industry we are looking for an experienced professional for the below position.

Areas of work:
- Consulting and educating key advertisers about our client’s product portfolio
- Stipulating annual contract with key clients, advertising agencies and media buyers
- Organization of sales team and supervision on three levels (advertising agency, direct key clients and SME’s)
- Developing the market through organizing workshops, seminars, writing PR articles, establishing strong corporate identity, presence on public events and in media
- Responsibility for achieving annual targets (financial, organizational, marketing)
- Launching new projects (services, products)
- Preparing Sales and Financial reports and plans
Requirements
Education:
- University education in business administration, economics or similar social sciences
- Preferred MBA or master degree
Experience:
- Senior Sales / Management position in online advertising, publishing or interactive services or
- At least 5+ years proven direct sales experience in digital media with strong foundation in technology, or in technology sales with strong foundation in digital media or
- Management position in a broader advertising industry or/and
- Experience with developing and managing sales teams or/and
- Highly visible executive, entrepreneur or professional within online or mobile industry
Specific skills and knowledge:
- Knowledgeable about Hungarian media / online / mobile advertising market
- Deeply established relationships with marketing decision makers at companies
- Expert and trusted partner with key decision-makers in Hungary.
- Highly developed negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Proficient in English
Personal characteristics:
Proactive, independent, responsible, professional, entrepreneurial, creative (business), ambitious, systematic, persuasive, charismatic, self-confident but humble.
Existing Professional Network:
Has existing strong social and professional ties within Hungarian advertising industry on either agency management or media planning levels or both and strong ties with the local online publishers.
