Our Hungarian-owned company has been at the forefront of domestic executive selection market since its establishment in 1990. It appeared as a pioneer at the beginning of 90’s mainly as human resource supplier for newly established multinational companies in Hungary. In this period the consultant’s international approach, language skills and domestic market knowledge meant the competitive advantage.
Our current intention is to retain the highest professional standard and to maintain our elaborated research and selection methodology, especially since the world crisis in 2008 and the rapidly changing economic environment ever since. We aim to successfully complete searches by mobilizing all required human and technical resources as well as looking for innovative solutions and international best practices.

In our experience, long-term search and selection success can only be achieved if both the client’s and the candidate’s expectations are most accurately met in their choice. We see that as the only way to guarantee our clients stable and devoted workforce within a harmoniously developing organisation as well as to provide our candidates a motivating and professionally appreciated, challenging set of tasks, team and workplace.
Pivotal elements of the selection process therefore include structured interviews, motivation and competence assessment and active participation in and moderation of the bilateral information exchange, in order that both partners are supplied with the most information available to make their decisions.

We are aware that in our global and constantly changing world it is necessary to have international partners with whom the knowledge database can be enhanced, the client and candidate database can be shared with or with whom we can develop and evolve together.
Our company is the Hungarian representative member of IMD International Search Group established in 1972, which synthesizes the foremost local independent Executive Search companies from 20 countries and 40 cities. It allows us to be present on international market and enhances our work with international relationships and experience.

Since our firm is the oldest headhunting companies we have an extensive network of connections among top business executives, who often contribute to our work through their industry-specific recommendations, references and data.
From the beginning we have always placed particular emphasis on our accurate and up-to-date internal candidate database, which contains candidate data since 2005 and is updated continuously.
Our daily work frequently involves meetings with HR managers representing the client. In an effort to facilitate their work, we follow quantitative and qualitative changes in the labour market, as well as incorporate relevant market data in our work.

The majority of our clients are multinational large enterprises. In addition we complete assignments for domestic SME companies as well. We search and address middle and top managers based on predefined requirement profiles for our business clients. In each of our search projects we evaluate candidate career, assess personal motivation and predict suitability to the specific set of tasks and corporate environment.
